The Return or Exchange request must be received no longer than 15 days after you have received your merchandise (this period is determined based on the delivery date recorded by our delivery company).
We will not accept any exchange or return requests received after the 15 day deadline. The item must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and free of any damage.
If all above conditions are properly met, Nella Bella will refund the price of the item(s) excluding shipping charges.
- Using your order number and full name as it appears on the original order, please email Nella Bella at email@example.com with your request for a return or exchange.
- Once your initial order has been identified, you will be asked to select the item you wish to return or exchange and will be provided with a Return Authorization number (RA) and the return address. If it is an exchange please provide the details of the item you would like in exchange for the returned item.
- Send the item(s) to the return address provided and please clearly indicate your RA number on the box being returned, otherwise it will be refused at the destination. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once Nella Bella has received the returned item.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the dramatic and deep discount offered.
